Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Application

Once we've received your application, a member of our team will review it. 
Stage 2

1st interview

If we think you'd be a good potential match, we'll schedule a first virtual interview with the hiring manager to learn more about your skills and experience, and give you the chance to ask anything you'd like about the role or life at Aptem. 
Stage 3

2nd interview

If you progress to the second stage, you'll virtually meet with the hiring manager and the CFO. The interview includes a short live Excel task (no preparation required) followed by more in-depth questions related to the role, your experience, your interest in Aptem, and why you feel you'd be a great fit. There'll be plenty of time at the end for any questions you have too. 
Stage 4

Offer

If you're the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role and the team, we'll move to offer stage — agreeing your compensation package and start date. 
Stage 5

Hired

The exciting bit. We'll send you your joining instructions and onboarding plan, and we genuinely can't wait to have you on board.
