Christine Weddell

I head up operations for Aptem which includes Implementation, Support and Customer Success. My objectives are to ensure our customers have a first class experience with Aptem and our team, and to make sure we are operating as efficiently as possible as a business. 

As a relatively young company we have a “scale up” mindset – we work very collaboratively and everyone has a voice and is encouraged to contribute. 

We are working on putting in place a bit more structure and process so if you are interested in working somewhere where you can help shape how we do things and make an impact, we could be the company for you.

Prior to joining Aptem I worked at a high growth start up specialising in HR technology. As employee number 40, I was lucky enough to experience a variety of different roles which led me to develop a passion for technology and working at a company looking to expand and grow! Moving into the technology space was a relatively big leap from my previous career in Big 4 accounting and consulting but I haven't regretted it for a moment and love the opportunities to learn and challenge myself every day.
